Privacy notice — Trackerstop United Kingdom
Trackerstop United Kingdom provides independent vehicle-security information and a potential quote-enquiry service for England, Scotland and Wales. This notice explains the secure enquiry form. It does not imply any connection to similarly named websites.
The enquiry service is not currently confirmed as active. Until configured, the quote form does not collect or accept personal data.

What information is collected?
When the secure enquiry form is activated and you submit it, we collect the name, email address and telephone number you provide, your vehicle type, make, model, year, requested protection, installation postcode, and any optional notes. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot service processes verification data separately under its terms. We do not ask for payment information in this form.
Why do we use your details?
We use them to assess and respond to your specific request for information or an installation quotation. We process this data to take steps at your request before a potential contract, or where necessary for our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry. The required checkbox confirms that you understand and agree to your data being used for that response; it does not subscribe you to marketing.
Who can see it?
Enquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare database and available only through an owner-restricted Cloudflare Access dashboard. No customer enquiry is automatically forwarded to an email address. The owner may manually copy and send a particular enquiry to their own private mailbox when needed to respond to it. Cloudflare and any email provider used for an owner-initiated message process data to provide these services. We do not automatically sell or distribute your details to multiple installers. Any separate onward sharing with external installation providers would require appropriate disclosure and a valid legal basis.
Retention
The secure enquiry database automatically deletes records older than 90 days. Any owner-initiated email copies have their own mailbox retention and require separate deletion management. We do not intentionally log submitted personal details in Cloudflare Worker event logs or store them in GitHub.

Geographic scope
TrackerStop is focused on England, Scotland and Wales only; the form rejects Northern Ireland postcodes. No Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland enquiries are accepted.
